Major moves in Wichita and the Denver area to meet demand from increased business, add warehouse space.

WAXIE-Aurora Exterior

Two big moves are happening for different reasons, but both pave the wave for future growth.

The first major development happened in the Denver suburb of Aurora, Colorado where we celebrated the grand opening of our partner, WAXIE's new distribution center in June. Several of our company leaders attended the ribbon-cutting, as did Aurora’s Mayor.

The new distribution center comes with extra space to meet demand from increased business. It also includes a significantly larger training room and a gym, which is a nice benefit for employees. 52 employees moved to the new location from the old facility in Aurora, which was used for the past 10 years. Check out this time-lapse video of the move in the side bar.

Within days of that move, there was another big change with our distribution center in Wichita, Kansas. The state of Kansas is building a freeway ramp near our old facility, so we moved our team of 28 employees to another location in the city. The new distribution center, which includes a training room, is in a convenient location for both customers and employees. The office is significantly smaller in the new facility, but the warehouse has a larger capacity to prepare for future growth.
